Courses on external platforms#
Courses hosted on Udemy or Skool are governed by that platform's refund policy, which takes precedence. Request refunds directly through the platform you purchased from.
Digital systems and downloads#
State your own policy here. A common approach for digital products delivered instantly:
- Refunds within 14 days of purchase where the material has not been substantially downloaded.
- No refunds after files have been downloaded, given the nature of digital goods.
- Faulty or misdescribed products are always replaced or refunded.
Consumer rights#
Statutory rights — including the UK and EU right to cancel distance purchases — are unaffected by anything stated here. Confirm the exact wording for your jurisdiction before publishing.
