Template, not legal advice
This page is an editable starting point, not a finished legal document. Have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review and adapt it before you rely on it. Edit this page in the admin under Content → Legal pages.
What we collect#
- Email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or request a gated resource.
- Attribution data such as the page you subscribed from and any UTM parameters on that URL.
- Aggregate usage events — which tools are run, which downloads are taken, which outbound links are clicked. IP addresses are hashed and never stored in the clear.
- Analytics collected by any third-party tools configured in site settings.
What we do not collect#
We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not store payment details — purchases are handled entirely by the relevant platform.
Legal basis#
Where GDPR applies, we process email addresses on the basis of consent, which you give by submitting a form and can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Your rights#
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact address on the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention#
Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to honour suppression. Aggregate event data is retained in a form that cannot identify an individual.
Changes#
Material changes to this policy will be noted here with a revised date.
